Welcome! The Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence supports Santa Fe College faculty and staff through the design & facilitation of workshops and communities of practice. The CTLE serves as a hub and an incubator providing guidance, support and space to enhance educational development focused on promoting equitable outcomes for students. We are a professional learning community supporting faculty in all stages of their careers. We value equity and diversity, evidence-based practices, collaboration, and innovation.
