2. Have you participated in any outdoor activities before? If yes, please provide details.

3. Do you have any Medical of dietary restrictions? (you may choose to decline to post but send a private email to the faculty)

4. Are you comfortable with working in remote outdoor environments for several hours at a time?

5. What is your level of physical fitness and endurance for possible hiking excursions? (only minimal hiking is required but there will be a variety of more strenuous activities available and participation is your choice)

6. Are you comfortable working as part of a team and cooperating with others to facilitate activities and/or daily food preparation/cleaning? What chores would you prefer to support the group?

7. Do you have any outdoor skills(navigation, first aid) or cooking skills? Are you willing and able to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines set forth or required by the faculty?

What equipment do you already own that would be useful for this trip? Are you willing to purchase the required equipment (boots, daypack, water containers, appropriate clothing, etc.)?
